Pregnancy & fourth trimester support

Sound massages & sound baths are a beautiful way to connect with your body & growing baby during pregnancy.

In the months following birth, they also offer a family-friendly therapy where the gentle sound waves relax & nourish both mother & baby.

The focus is on the relaxation of both baby & parent. While it tends to be the mamas who join my sessions, fathers are always more than welcome & we love having you with us!

Appointments are also available at your home during late pregnancy / following birth (upon request).

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.

Why I offer pregnancy & fourth trimester support

There’s a reason children are called our biggest teachers. The journey of motherhood may take us to the highest-of-the-highs & the lowest-of-the-lows.

As the mother of two young children, I am passionate about supporting women embarking on & in the midst of motherhood.

Baby-friendly wellness sessions would have greatly eased my transition into motherhood. Especially in those early months following the birth, I desperately wanted a place to “decompress” & relax. Instead, I was sleep deprived & found the coordination of feeding times, childcare availability & appointment scheduling too challenging. This is why I offer appointments for parents with babies in tow.

Following the completion of my sound massage practitioner certification, I completed additional training specialising in the support of pregnant women using sound. The same techniques can be used post-birth to soothe & relax both mother & baby.
